Return & Exchange

If you should wish to return or exchange your merchandise, please go to the Return Request under Customer Service section of the bottom of the all pages within 14 days of receiving your package and receive Return Authorization # by E-mail.

We don't issue Return Authorization # if you don't send the form or contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please take a copy of your invoice and fill out the RA# at any place on the invoice or your envelop.

The package and merchandise should be same to the original condition and send it back within 10 days of the RA# issued date. Please make sure to get a Tracking Number.

We recommend you to insure or get Tracking Number since we have no responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
NOTE:

We don't accept any return, which was sent back more than 10 days later of the RA# issued date.

We accept return only if it is the original condition including original tag & bag with MPN No. & UPC Code (if applicable). For any reason, only unwashed and unworn merchandise is acceptable (No deodorant please). Return with any stains are not acceptable, especially for a white T shirt. If your returned item was not in the original condition, we resend the item to you or deduct 15% of the product amount from the refund as a Restocking fee.

We don't accept return if damaged for misuse or normal wear and tear by the buyer.

We don't accept any return if the return is FINAL SALE item.

We refund shipping charge in the case only if we have sent wrong or defective item.

We don't accept any return without RA#.

We have no responsibility for lost or damaged return goods caused by any carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

For International customer: Please return via First Class Air Mail with Insurance, Priority Mail or EMS with tracking No.
EXCHANGE

Please place a new order , then follow the procedure above. Or send back the original item as above with a comment to what item you want to exchange. If the item is available, we will contact you and the new shipping fee is charged and shipped. If the exchange item was sold out, we will make a refund to your orignal credit card within 2 days.
JEWELRY

To ensure your satisfaction, all Jewelry items are carefully and thoroughly inspected before leaving our office. All Jewelry items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they arrive damaged. If you received a damaged item, please contact us upon arrival.
