• We don't transfer or sell the information you enter on our all pages to third parties. We also don't share your information with third parties under any circumstances.

PAYMENT -  We accpet credit, debit card and PayPal. The all transactions are processed by PayPal Inc. 

Credit card & Debit card customer  -  On the checkout page, you will see only "PayPal" as the Payment option. Please disregard it and go forward. After click confirm the order, you will be directed to the Payment page securely supervised by PayPal Inc. There, under the PayPal Log in, you will see "Pay with a debit or credit card or PayPal credit". Please click it. Then, select Debit card, Credit card or PayPal credit. You fill in the card info. and click "PAY". That's all, You neither need to have PayPal account nor open PayPal account. It is just processed by PayPal Inc.

• We accept VISA, MASTER, American Express and Discover Card via PayPal. Sorry, we are unable to accept checks, cash or money order.

PayPal account prefered customer - Just go forward as directed. After confirmed your order, you will be directed to the PayPal Log in page. If you don't have PayPal account and want to create it, you can cretate there also.

• We process the all payment via PayPal Inc.  However, you don't need to open PayPal account, just processed via PayPal Inc. You are able to pay by your credit and debit card via PayPal Inc. If you have a PayPal account and want to use for fast Payment, please log in to your PayPal account.

• We send you e-mail twice after receiving your order and shipping your order. Both mails will be sent at once when each process has done completely.

• Your personal information including your order and credit card data is protected by the industry-standardsSecure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. SSL encrypts your personal & private information and confirms the identity of our secure server before allowing your shopping cart data to be transmitted over the Internet.

• We don't transfer or sell your personal information to other companies.

• We screen diligently for credit card fraud.

• We request to fill in the "Security Code" Number of your credit card since there were some fraud activities found on our site. The security code number is the last 3 digit number for VISA & MASTER located on the right next to your signature section on the backside of your card. For AMEX 4 digit number located on the right middle on the forested of your card. The system works your protection also. Thank you for your cooperation.

NOTE: 

If you have some difficulties to check out, please make sure your card information is correct as below.

• You filled in the complete 16 digit No. for Visa or MASTER, 15 digit No. for AMEX.

• You filled in the expiration Date and Card Security No. correctly.

• Your billing address is exactly same to the address which your card was issued by the bank. If you forgot to fill in any one of above, you will get error message and will not be able to go further. Please, correct the info. and try again.

• If you still have difficulties, please clear the cache and cookie in the preference of your browser, quit the application, then open it again. Then, access to our site and try again (Sometimes, your cache still have the incorrect info. and you may need clear it).

• For International customer - Please select "Country" for both Shipping Address and Billing Address even if the addresses is same. If you forgot to select country for either one, you may get error message.  we don't ship to the address associated with Hotel, Domitory, Hospital and any organization other than Residential address. If your shipping address is in the organization such as company you work, we will contact you to confrim the order and the shipping will be delay.

• For first time International customer:  If your billing address and shipping address is different, the order might be delayed to process or cancelled due to security reasons even if your payment is approved.  If cancelled, the order will be just voided since we never charge before ship (in the case of Credit card or Google Wallet payment) or full amount refunded (in the case of Paypal payment) . Please fill in the same address for billing & shipping address for fast process.
